Responsibilities
The Finance Department is responsible for overseeing the financial operation of all departments. We are responsible for benefit changes, producing and processing payroll and vendor warrants for all town departments. The Finance Office keeps detailed records of all expenditures of the Town and prepares all financial, statistical and operational reports for local, state and federal purposes. The Finance Department prepares the annual operating and capital budget. The Finance Department, works closely with the Treasurer/Collector’s and Assessors office.
