Boundary Perambulation
Boundary Perambulation is an ancient custom that was practiced by 17th century English settlers.  Local governments are required by state law to walk and mark all boundary markers along the town's border. A detailed report is available at the  DPW Department. Click on the links below to view pictures of the markers recovered from the Town of Wayland 2000 Boundary Perambulation. For more information, contact the Town Surveyor.
