The Wayland Board of Health (WBOH) is a five-member board, elected by the town of Wayland, Massachusetts. The Health Department consists of a Director of Public Health, Sanitarian, and Landfill Supervisor, as well as administrative and landfill staff.

The WBOH is responsible for:

Subsurface sewage disposal
Wayland landfill facility
Hazardous materials collection
Community health, including mental health and public school nursing
Food and Restaurant Inspections
Licenses and Permits
Tobacco control
