Go to our website http://www.wayland.ma.us/park/   You may still call our office at 508-358-3660 to register, mail in your registration form,   fax it to 508-358-3665, or drop by our office. Beach tag registrations must still be made by phone, in person, or by fax. Text Box:   Text Box:     NON-RESIDENTS PAY $10 OVER THE FEE NOTED IN THE BROCHURE     GENERAL INFORMATION   The Park and Recreation Department makes every effort to accommodate residents with special needs.   FINANCIAL AID   Contact the office for details and to request an application.       CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER   Cancellations will be placed on the Recorder or website not more than 2 hrs before scheduled activity.  Last minute cancellations are placed on the recorder as they occur.  No classes are held when school has been canceled.  If a program is canceled, we will notify you when, and if, it will be made up.  Make-ups, if possible, are at the end of a program--follow the normal schedule until you hear from us.   RECORDER PHONE # 508-358-7572 FOR WEATHER CANCELLATIONS Text Box: Due to the number of registrations, we do not confirm placement on mail or phone registrations. We may cancel a program with insufficient enrollment.  You will be notified and refunded if a program is canceled.     Text Box: REFUND POLICY Because our classes are supported solely by fees, no refunds will be considered after a class begins except for medical reasons.  If you cancel for other reasons, you must do so at least 10 days prior to the first class for a refund (minus administrative fee).  Requests must be in writing with a short explanation.  Refunds may take 4-6 weeks for processing.  Canceled classes due to low enrollment will be refunded.  An administrative fee of $10 will be retained per person per program for youth withdrawals from fall, winter, spring programs, $20 for summer programs, and $10 for all adult programs.
