Summary of Benefits & Coverages (SBCs)
The Affordable Care Act requires employers to make available Summaries of Benefits and Coverages (SBCs) for health insurance plans to all employees eligible for health insurance.
Links for SBCs for various plans are found below. If you would like a paper copy, you may print one. SBCs are also available in the Town of Wayland Benefits/HR Department.
