Application Distribution Policy:
Due to the use of email, the distribution of many applications has become easier for the chair and clerk of the HDC. However, the HDC does not have an office or a staff presence in the Town Building. Therefore, in order to distribute applications to HDC members prior to the meeting, a copy of the materials will also be available in the Selectmen’s Office at the Wayland Town Building should any other persons wish to review the materials prior to a meeting. Once the application has been reviewed, the public copy will be removed when the decision has been filed in the Town Clerk’s Office.
