Country Band SOUTHBOUND TRAIN kicks off 5 week outdoor concert series Thursday,
June 14, 7pm, Town Building
Join in the Fun at Wayland’s Annual Summer Community Concert Series
Wayland’s 7th annual free Summer Community Concert Series begins Thursday, June 14 at
7pm in the Town Building courtyard and continues on the following four Thursdays. Bring a
chair or blanket, and come enjoy some great music with your friends and neighbors.
This summer’s line-up includes some old favorites and some new bands that are sure to
please:
Thursday, June 14, 7pm – 8pm: Southbound Train (country)
Thursday, June 21, 7pm – 8pm: Club Soda Band (top 40)
Thursday, June 28, 7pm – 8pm: The Tom Nutile Big Band
Thursday, July 5, 7pm – 8pm: Sudbury Valley New Horizons Band, directed by Diane Muffitt
Thursday, July 12, 7pm – 8pm: Local Freight (bluegrass)
In case of rain, the concerts will be indoors.
