Wayland Housing Production Plan

The Town of Wayland is pleased to issue the Town's Housing Production Plan (HPP) for 2022 - 2027. The Town worked closely with their housing consultant, Barrett Planning Group, LLC, to develop a five (5) year housing plan which sought to address a wide spectrum of housing related challenges & opportunities. The Town would like to thank all those who participated in the working groups, public forums, and surveys to help shape this year's HPP. The HPP has been approved by the Select Board and the Planning Board and is currently awaiting Masssachusetts Housing and Community Development approval.
