RESULTS: 18-1063-IFB Bid Results
The Town of Wayland/Wayland Public Schools, the Awarding Authority as represented by the Wayland School Committee, invites sealed bids for Supply & Installation of Vinyl Flooring at the Middle School in Wayland, MA, including Removal of Carpet, Tile and Baseboard prior to installation.
Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws as amended.
Beginning April 12 at 2pm, complete sets of bidding documents, including bid forms, may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland website at: www.wayland.ma.us/bids by selecting “18-1063-IFB Flooring Supply and Installation”, or may be obtained at the Facilities Department, 2nd floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778.
Sealed bids for the contract will be received at the Facilities Department, 2nd floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 until 2pm on April 26, 2018. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter at the location set forth in the previous sentence.
The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, as determined to be in the best interest of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
No less than the minimum salaries and wages as established by the Massachusetts Department of Labor and Industries shall be paid to employees on the project, as set forth in the bidding documents.
