Register for the grade that the camper will be ENTERING next September, school year 2024-2025.

  • Our camps sell out FAST!
    Registration is first-come-first-serve, with priority given to Wayland residents.
  • Wayland Recreation staff cannot take any registrations over the phone or in person on registration day. We use the same online registration system you do.
  • We will be standing by to help with account related issues. We encourage all parents to login ahead of registration day to become familiar with the system. 
  • If a program is sold out, be sure to utilize the waitlist.  More info about our waitlists.
  • We also offer sports clinics and other camps programs each summer.

TEST DRIVE YOUR ACCOUNT
We’ve set up a “dummy” program so that you can become familiar with the registration process. Don’t worry. It’s free! You can access receipts and statements here too. Visit waylandrec.activityreg.com, log in (or create a login), select ACCOUNT in the top navigation.  There you can log in to your account and verify that your children are listed (or add them if need be), or create a new account using the link to the right on that page.

WAITLISTED?
If a program is sold out, be sure to utilize the waitlist. We will contact you the moment we are able to move you off the waitlist.Many programs have limited enrollment and fill quickly, we make every effort to fill vacant spaces with participants on a waitlist.. *All other Recreation program/camps/clinics registration typically have space available and will open at 10:00 am on March 1, 2023.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
• Camps cannot be prorated. •  No refunds for absentee participants. • Participants cannot make-up missed days. • Session dates will not be individualized. • Camper substitutions/transfers cannot be allowed.
•  Our camps are supported solely by camper fees and not tax-dollars. Please consider personal vacations prior to registering.

REFUNDS / WITHDRAWALS
We have some extensive wait lists!  If you need to withdraw your child from a week of camp or change your schedule, you must do so in writing. Registrations are non-transferable.
Requests to withdraw are subject to an administration fee up to $50 that will be retained per campers per session for all withdrawals and transfers.  See schedule below. 
Credit Card refunds will be credited to the card charged for the original transaction within 90 days. Check payments will be refunded by check and can take up to 14 business days.

These fees are typical of all area Recreation programs and reflects the processing costs associated with managing the transactions and waitlists.

 

 

 

 

*NO withdrawals/refunds can be issued for cancelations within ten (10) business days of the start of the program without a physician’s note.  


The Recreation Department reserves the sole discretion to cancel, reschedule, relocate, combine or change any registration due to low enrollment, facility, personnel, public health or weather related concerns. You will be notified via email or phone call if the status of your program changes, otherwise plan to attend.


This camp complies with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by the local Board of Health. Parents of licensed camps may request copies of background checks, health care and discipline policies as well as procedures for filing grievances.105 CMR 430.000:  Minimum Standards for Recreational Camps for Children (State Sanitary Code, Chapter IV)
