Special Town Meeting, November 20, 2013

At a meeting on Monday, September 9, 2013, the Board of Selectmen voted 5-0 to hold a Special Town Meeting on Wednesday, November 20, 2013, at 7:30 pm in the Wayland High School Field House.

The warrant for the Special Town Meeting was open from Tuesday, September 10, 2013, at 8:30 am, through Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 4:30 pm.  In accordance with Chapter 36, Section 36-3 of the Code of the Town of Wayland, all articles for consideration and inclusion in said warrant had to be submitted to the Selectmen’s Office in the Wayland Town Building at 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, Massachusetts by 4:30 pm on Thursday, September 19, 2013.

The Finance Committee Special Town Meeting Warrant Article Hearing was held on Monday, September 23, 2013, at 7:15 pm in the Wayland Town Building.

On Wednesday, October 2, 2013, at 8:35 am, the Planning Board met and voted 3-0 to withdraw the zoning article for the Mixed Use Overlay District for the Special Town Meeting in November 2013.  The public hearing that was published in the newspaper and posted for October 10, 2013, was cancelled.
