Youth Groups:
Wayland Cares is a community-wide organization with the goal of empowering Wayland’s youths.
Part of the way we do this is by offering youth leadership opportunities throughout the community. There are clubs at the middle school and high school for students to get involved in, as well as community events and opportunities outside of the school system.

Wayland Diversion Program
The Middlesex District Attorney's Office, Wayland Youth and Family Services (WYFS) and the Wayland Police Department (WPD) collaborate to provide court diversion services for Wayland youth. The program includes: substance use assessment, brief family counseling and community service work. Families and schools may also access these services separate from any legal involvement. Host a Parent Coffee
We will come to your house and facilitate a conversation with the parents of your children's frieds. This is a great way to enhance our strong community. Balance growing independence and ongoing need for supervision, promote healthy decisions and positive relationships, build a more caring community for our children, learn up-to-date information on teen brain development. Open Table Community Supper
Open Table’s mission is to provide healthy food, friendship, and support to those in need while respecting their privacy and dignity. Open Table offers weekly community supper programs and food pantries in Concord and Maynard to more than 300 guests. Founded in 1989, we provide a welcoming community of support and assistance to families and individuals, including many seniors and children – open to all who come.
