Zoning for Wayland - Multi-Family Housing

Please join us for a joint public forum between the Select Board and Planning Board to discuss the proposed Multi-Family Zoning Districts that will be voted upon at next month's Annual Town Meeting. As a MBTA Community, we must establish new zoning districts and pass a zoning bylaw at Spring 2024 Annual Town Meeting.
