Mission:

Human Resources contributes towards achieving the overall goals and objectives of the Town.  The Department provides assistance and advocacy for all employees.  In addition it administers all collective bargaining agreements and personnel policies, administers the classification and compensation plan, and works towards ensuring a competent workforce.  Human Resources also ensures that Wayland is an Equal Opportunity Employer and that all applicants are provided equal consideration for employment.
