How Do I... Watch Zoom Meetings on My Computer?

Follow these easy steps to watch a Department/Board/Committee Zoom Meeting.

Before you do anything, you will need the Zoom app.

• If you already have zoom then you can skip this step.
• If you don't have zoom installed on your computer.
  1. Click here.
  2. Select "Zoom Client for Meetings".
  3. Wait for the download to finsih.
  4. Once the download is finsihed you can install it onto your computer.

1. Next you will need to find which meeting you would like to join.
2. To find all of the meetings, please go to the calendar on the Wayland website.
3. Select which meeting you would like to join.
4. Click on the link to the agenda.
5. Click on the link to the zoom meeting at the top of the agenda.
6. Finally enter the password (next to the link of the meeting on the agenda).
7. You're in the meeting!
