RESULTS

 

The Town of Wayland, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Wayland High School Athletic Field Buildings in Wayland, MA, including, but not limited to, the following:

 

  • Procure and install a modular restroom building.
  • Procure and install a modular concession and ticket building.
  • Construction of a storage building.
  • Connecting and installing utilities within the buildings including water, wastewater and electrical.

 

Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 149, Section 44A-J.

 

Beginning March 14, 2019, complete sets of bidding documents, including bid forms, may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland website at: www.wayland.ma.us/bids by selecting “19-1059 High School Athletic Field Buildings” or may be viewed at the Facilities Department, 2nd Floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA  01778.

 

A prebid conference and site walk will be held at Wayland High School, 264 Old Connecticut Path, Wayland, MA 01778 on March 21, 2019 at 10:00 AM.  Contractors are invited to meet the designers and owner representative at the athletic field.

 

Sealed bids for the contract will be received at the Facilities Department, 2nd Floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA  01778 until April 4, 2019 at 2:00 PM.  All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter at the location set forth in the previous sentence.

 

The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, as determined to be in the best interest of the Town and to waive minor informalities.

 

No less than the minimum salaries and wages as established by the Massachusetts Department of Labor and Industries shall be paid to employees on this project, as set forth in the bidding documents.
