Fiscal Year 2012 Assessment Information
The Board of Assessors have received certification from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue for all property valuations for Fiscal Year 2012. In accordance with state law, this is the estimation of a property’s fair market value as of January 1, 2011 (adjusted for ongoing construction to June 30, 2011 only if this is applicable to the property). Tax Bills will be mailed by the end of December and the Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2012 has been set at $19.01.
