How Do I... Submit a Building Permit Application

To submit a building permit application please follow these steps.

1. Submit completed application with required forms.
2. Include a check for the building permit fee,which is calculated with the fee schedule.
3. Submit completed application in drop box between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm outside of the Building Department.

3. Mail all required construction documents to the Wayland Building Department, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778.
