The Wayland Municipal Affordable Housing Trust (the “Trust”) is soliciting proposals for the construction of a new, single-family home on a parcel with an address of 11-12 Hammond Road, Wayland, MA (Town Assessor’s parcel ID 51B-034) (the “Property”).  The Trust owns the Property. The Trust intends to convey Condominium B on the Property for $1 to the successful responder who will be responsible for constructing and selling a three-bedroom home to a first-time homebuyer household whose income is less than 80% of median family income for the Boston MSA.
The Trust has the authority to sell the property for less than fair market value for the stated public purpose of increasing affordable housing in the Town of Wayland.
