What We Do: 

The Sustainability Department focuses on the implementation of the Climate Action Mobilization Plan that was adopted by the Select Board in 2022. 

Massachusetts has set a goal of achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions statewide by 2050. With that target in mind Wayland has committed to reducing our aggregate greenhouse gas emissions by at least 50% by the year 2030.
