OPM Services for Renovations to Fire Station #2

The Town of Wayland, Massachusetts invites qualified applicants to submit proposals for Owner’s Project Manager Services for the Fire Station #2 Renovations.  Statements of Qualifications will be received at the Facilities Department, Wayland Town Building, 2nd Floor, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA  01778, until 2:00 pm on Friday, December 29, 2017.  Proposals received after the time and date indicated will not be considered. 

The project will begin upon signature of a contract with the Town with the expected design completion date of March 15, 2018.   The fee will be negotiated.

Copies of the Request for Qualifications may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland website at: www.wayland.ma.us/bids by selecting “18-1038-RFQ-FS#2 Renovations OPM”,  free of charge, on or after December 13, 2017, and are also available from the Facilities Department, 2nd Floor.

This RFQ shall be governed by the designer selection law, M.G.L. Chapter 7C, Sections 44 to 58 and M.G.L, Chapter 149, Section 44A ½.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, for Designer Services as determined to be in the best interest of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
