Construction - Notice is hereby given that the Town of Wayland invites Price Quotes for DPW Building Renovations, 66 River Road, Wayland, MA. Scope of work includes all labor, materials and equipment to complete DPW Building Renovations as specified in the project documents.
Price Quotes for the contract will be received by the Office of the Director of Public Buildings, Town of Wayland, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778, Facilities Dept 2nd Floor until Thursday July 20, 2017 at 10:00 am.
The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any and all price quotes, in whole or in part, as determined to be in the best interest of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
No less than the minimum salaries and wages as established by the Massachusetts Department of Labor and Industries shall be paid to employees on this project, as set forth in the project documents.
