INVITATION FOR BIDS

AQUATIC VEGETATION CONTROL SERVICES

22-1024-IFB

 

 

The Town of Wayland, Massachusetts invites qualified applicants to submit proposals for Aquatic Vegetation Control Services in the Town of Wayland, MA.  Bid proposals will be received at the Town Administrator’s Office, Wayland Town Building, 1st Floor, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA  01778, until 10:00 am on Thursday, April 14th , 2022.  Proposals received after the time and date indicated will not be considered. 

 

The project will begin upon signature of a contract and notice to proceed with the Town with a completion date of August/September of 2022.   Bid documents may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland website at: www.wayland.ma.us/bids by selecting “22-1024-IFB-Aquatic Control Services”, free of charge, on or after March 28th , 2022.

This IFB shall be governed by M.G.L. Chapter 30B.  The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, for Aquatic Vegetation Control Services as determined to be in the best interest of the Town and to waive minor informalities.

 

Any questions about this IFB should be directed in writing to John Bugbee, Assistant Town Administrator, at the above-mentioned address, or by email to Jbugbee@wayland.ma.us to be received by the Town no later than 10:00 AM on April 11th , 2022.

 

This Bid is subject to provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B, as amended to date.

 

Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates apply to some aspects of this Contract.

 

The Town of Wayland reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, to reject any/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
