Invitation for Bids

22-1055-IFB

The Town of Wayland, Massachusetts invites qualified vendors to submit bids to the Town of Wayland to supply and deliver a Used / Refurbished Pontoon Style Aquatic Plant Harvester.  Bids will be received at the Town Manager’s Office, Wayland Town Building, 1st Floor, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA  01778, until 10:00 am on Friday, June 24th , 2022.  Proposals received after the time and date indicated will not be considered.  Bid documents may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland website at: www.wayland.ma.us/bids by selecting “22-1055-IFB-Aquatic Plant Harvester”, free of charge, on or after June 27th , 2022.  This IFB shall be governed by M.G.L. Chapter 30B.  The Town reserves the right to reject  any and all bids, in whole or in part, for Aquatic Vegetation Control Services as determined to be in the best interest of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
