Public Address System Replacement Project
Wayland Middle School, Claypit Elementary School, and Happy Hollow Elementary School

In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, the Town of Wayland is accepting sealed bids to supply and install a public address (PA) & bell communication system at Wayland Middle School, Claypit Hill Elementary School and Happy Hollow Elementary School. Copies of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available from the Town Administrator’s Office at the Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 during business hours (Monday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Friday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm), or from the Town’s website at https://www.wayland.ma.us/bids.
Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 10:00 am, November 17, 2021, to the Town Administrator’s Office at the Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline.
There will be a pre-bid conference and site visit beginning at 9:00 am on November 1, 2021, at the Happy Hollow Elementary School, 63 Pequot Road, Wayland, MA 01778, and continuing to the other schools.
If any changes are made to this bid, an addendum will be issued. Addenda will be posted on the Town’s webpage and emailed to all bidders on record as having received the bid package.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
