18-1068-RFP Permitting Project Consulting Services

The Town of Wayland, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the Provision of Permitting System Consulting Services to define the Town’s permitting process workflow and recommend permitting software.

Copies of the Request for Proposals will be available for no cost on or after 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 3, 2018 and may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland website at www.wayland.ma.us/bids by selecting “18-1068-RFP Permitting System Consulting Services” or may be obtained at the Facilities Dept. 2nd Floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA  01778.

Proposals will be received at the Facilities Dept., 2nd Floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 until 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 17, 2018.

This Request for Proposals is in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B.

The attention of all respondents is directed to the provisions of the contract document and specifically to the requirements for insurance, as may be applicable.

The Town of Wayland reserves the right to accept any proposal, in whole or in part, to reject any/or all proposals and to waive minor irregularities and/or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
