The Town of Wayland, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Provision of Problem Animal Control Officer Services.

Copies of the Invitation For Bids will be available for no cost on or after 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 31, 2018 and may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland website at www.wayland.ma.us/bids by selecting “19-1010-IFB Problem Animal Control Officer” or may be obtained at the Facilities Dept. 2nd Floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA  01778.

Sealed bids will be received at the Facilities Dept., 2nd Floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 until 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 14, 2018, immediately after which the bids will be opened and read publicly. 

This contract is in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B.

The attention of all respondents is directed to the provisions of the contract document and specifically to the requirements for insurance, as may be applicable.

The Town of Wayland reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, to reject any/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
