19-1069-RFQ Design Services for Renovations at Wayland Town Building

The Town of Wayland, Massachusetts invites qualified applicants to submit proposals for design services for the renovation at Town Hall located at 41 Cochituate Rd.in Wayland, MA.
Statements of Qualifications/Proposals will be received at the Facilities Department, Wayland Town Building, 2nd Floor, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778, until 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 13, 2019. Proposals received after the time and date indicated will not be considered.
The project will begin upon signature of a contract with the Town with the expected construction completion date of February 10, 2020. The fee will be negotiated.
Copies of the Request for Qualifications may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland website at: www.wayland.ma.us/bids by selecting “19-1069-RFQ Design Services For Renovations At Wayland Town Hall”, free of charge, on or after 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 9, 2019, and are also available from the Facilities Department, 41 Cochituate Road Wayland, MA 01778 on the 2nd Floor.
This RFQ shall be governed by the designer selection law, M.G.L. Chapter 7C, Sections 44 to 58 and M.G.L, Chapter 149, Section 44A 1/2.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, for Designer Services as determined to be in the best interest of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
