The Town of Wayland, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified firms for the provision of Janitorial Services at multiple locations in the Town of Wayland, MA.

Sealed bids for JANITORIAL SERVICES AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS will be received at the Procurement Office, 1st Floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2020.  All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter at the location set forth in the previous sentence.

This contract is for one year, with two 1-year options to renew.  The estimated annual cost of this contract is $40,000.

Bid documents will be available for no cost on or after 2:00 p.m., December 24, 2019 and may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland website at www.wayland.ma.us/bids by selecting “20-2016-IFB Janitorial Services” or may be obtained at the Procurement Office, 1st Floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA  01778.  The attention of all bidders is directed to the provisions of the contract documents.

This Invitation For Bids is in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B. 

The Town of Wayland reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, to reject any/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or informalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
