How Do I... Request a Building Permit

To request a building permit, please email, build-permit@wayland.ma.us

In your email please provide:

• The street address.
• Your building permit number.
• A description of the work to be inspected.

Following your email request, staff will confirm a date and time as soon as possible during normal buisnesss hours.
