Results
Sealed price quotes for the NORTH CEMETERY EXPANSION CONSTRUCTION – PHASE II, in Wayland, Massachusetts, will be received at the Facilities Department, 2nd Floor, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 until 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 12, 2018, quotes will NOT be opened and read publicly. The results will be posted on the Town Procurement web-site when the results are available. The estimated value of the Contract is $30,000.
Bid documents will be available, free of charge, on or after 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 29, 2018, and may be electronically downloaded from the Town of Wayland website at www.wayland.ma.us/bids by selecting “18-2013-IFQ North Cemetery Expansion Construction – Phase II” or may be obtained at the Facilities Department.
Surety Bonds: A Labor & Materials Payment Bond maybe required for this project. See 00100-3 Section 9 for information relating to Surety Bonds. Insurance Coverage is required at the time of award.
This Bid is subject to provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30 §39M, as amended to date.
Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this Contract.
