To submit a plumbing permit application please follow these steps.
 

1. Download the plumbing permit application.
2. Submit completed application with a check for the total plumbing permit fee as calculated by the fee schedule.

3. Mail to the Wayland Building Department, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778.
