PROGRESS:
Recently Completed:
- Site Clearing to provide level work area for the contractors to start site work. Archeologist and LSP monitoring as required
- Interior confirmation for utility installation
Upcoming & Ongoing: March 2024
- Site Work: Abandoned septic tank removal took place the week of March 4th and removal work will continue through the next few weeks with LSP representative on site monitoring as needed. Working on foundation footings and walls
- Building Interior: Continued installation of new under-slab utilities and infill trenches once work is complete. Framing of shear walls and openings
Potential Challenges:
- Ongoing soil testing as required and maintain soil on site
- Maintaining excess soil pile on site while continuing site activities. Team working on a revised grading plan to spread the additional top soil on site if material cannot be removed
