How Do I... Request a Service from the Town

To request a service from the Towns' DPW, Please fill out the Service Request Form.

Upon Completion of the Service Request Form, please email the DPW office at: dcabral@wayland.ma.us & jdoucette@wayland.ma.us

OR

Fax to: 1-(508)-358-4082

Please give the Town of Wayland DPW two business days to respond to the request, or longer, depending on inclement weather causing town wide issues.
