The Town of Wayland does not designate specific hours for Trick-or-Treating for the public at large.
Halloween is traditionally celebrated on October 31, regardless of weather, and the hours for trick-or-treating are at the discretion of the parents.
Always be extra vigilant and drive slowly on October 31 at any time of day.
