Parking for the following Wayland events will be available at Town Center between the Local and Stop & Shop parking areas (101 Andrew Ave.)
Food Trucks serving coffee and cider donuts.

Open house - Historic Rail Road Sites and Artifacts exhibits, Wayland Depot (1 Cochituate Road)
Gift shop open from 10:00am - 4:00pm

Wayland Library has a Rail-Trail Exhibit and bike pump available from 10:00am-1:00pm
Kids Bike Ride (for Cider Donuts!) from Town Center Entrance to the Wayland Depot and beyond... 

10:30am - Wayland Ribbon Cutting
Meet at the trail head at the Freight House near the Wayland Library / across from Wayland Depot (1 Cochituate Road)
Parking available at the Town Center

11:00am
Pass the Ribbon Relay - At the conclusion of the Wayland ribbon cutting, a procession will take place along the trail to the Weston ribbon cutting site.
The trail is divided into segments & each will be led by a civic group from Wayland-Weston. Attendees are invited to join the procession at any point, with the entire length being 3.5 miles long.

12:30pm
Weston Ribbon Cutting - Weston trail head near the Church Street tunnel. Parking can be found on Town House Road, Weston.

1:00pm – Additional activities in Weston:

  • Guided historical walk
  • 2-mile Fun Run
  • Guided walk of Forbes Land

2:00pm - Off-Road Guided Bike Tour with Larry
Parking between the Local and Stop & Shop parking areas (101 Andrew Avenue)
Mountain bike recommended, families are welcome, 6-mile or 12-mile options, biking the rail trail, cart paths, and the aqueduct.
